The 4th IEEE International Conference on Robotics, Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things (RAAICON 2025) was successfully held at the Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST), Dhaka, Bangladesh, on November 27–28, 2025. The event brought together distinguished researchers, industry experts, and young professionals to explore the latest advancements in robotics, artificial intelligence, IoT, and automation. Since its inception in 2019, RAAICON has evolved into a premier platform for collaboration and innovation in these rapidly advancing fields.

The conference was jointly sponsored by the IEEE Bangladesh Section and the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society Bangladesh Chapter. This year, the conference received 412 research paper submissions, of which 139 high-quality papers were selected and presented. Covering a wide range of topics—from robotics applications to AI-driven innovations, IoT solutions, and automation technologies—the conference provided attendees with a valuable academic and professional experience.

RAAICON 2025 featured 21 technical sessions and one co-located event: IndCon 2025, further enriching the conference program.

A highlight of the event was the keynote talks delivered by eminent experts, including:
